Running wires under new cork flooring?

In my house, we have a new cork floor in our blankets replaced 10 years old. However, this is television and the Internet, wire and cable now, you need to move to run under the carpet. How is recommended, what do the wires. . . I can run a line under the floor of the cork would be difficult.
