The felt pad came off and the sticky residue came off of the chair and is now on my pergo flooring. Please help ASAP! 10 Points.

I’m in my bathroom, I installed a slate tile floor that is blocking it. It is a little later, when I started looking for the appearance of white material, I think this is any dust. So, I was a little bleach and water is part of the complaint on the ground to the left of things. A few months later, this is white floor chalk has become more serious, I scrubed passed, the water soaked cloth on the ground, it is the material of chalk me off was clean if, however, it is, dry It is obviously still there apeared. Anyone any suggestions how to remove this chalk substance there. Thank you.
