bamboo flooring…?

i want to lay down light colored bamboo flooring in my lounge and dining room. it measures about 25 feet X 13 feet what do you think will look more attractive, narrow small planks or big broad planks?
all tips welcome…

Big broad planks would be more traditional. To my eye, narrow and small planks look cheap and have an “off the rack” appearance.

I am a building contractor in my state, and my clients like the bigger planks, but not laminate. You can get great deals at lumberliquidators.com.
